MIND is seeking an Intermediate Field Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility in targeted markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a passion for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and generate leads.


Responsibility

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support local sales efforts and drive lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and tailor marketing efforts to specific market needs
  • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase MIND's offerings
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning
  • Create marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, to support sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or related roles, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Experience managing events and working with external vendors
